So how does it work?
Placing an Ad on PloyMe.com.au is completely FREE, you only pay for premium services,
which currently extends to SMS. You can pay with a credit card.
Browse through the profiles of available job seekers. View their experience, their
location, their asking rate of pay, how long it will take them to arrive, where
they have worked before, their skill-set and much more. Send SMS messages to the
staff you like with the click of a mouse.
An SMS will be sent to your mobile with the details of your PloyMe Instant Staff
member. You can talk to them if necessary at that stage.
Where do the staff come from?
At its essence PloyMe.com.au is an introduction service, not too different from
online dating websites. Staff could come from anywhere, they might be walking past
your business as they receive a job offer SMS.
How many messages do I send?
You can offer a shift to that one perfect staff member with a single SMS, or recruit
en masse with as many messages as you want.
How long until I get a reply and place someone?
It could all be over in minutes.
If your shift hasn't been filled PloyMe.com.au will automatically continue to contact
other suitable staff until your shift is filled.
I normally hire temporary staff, how is this different?

How do you interview and screen staff?
Job Seekers can enter their past work history into their profile.
If they choose to add contact details for a past employer, we send the employer
a request to validate that they worked for the employer in the position and at the
dates specified.
A positive response will give the Job Seeker a "Validated" status on their profile.
The employer will also be asked if they would recommend the individual to another
employer. A positive response will earn the Job Seeker a "Recommended by Employer"
status on their profile.
PloyMe simply facilitates this process and as an employer, you are responsible to
make your own background checks. Although we make every attempt to ensure the accuracy
of information, we are by no means responsible or accountable for this information.
Our keenest PloyMe Instant Staffers will be able to have detailed profiles, with
all their previous experience and skills outlined for your reference. After a shift
has been completed we encourage you to rate the staff members performance. These
ratings will be an important guide in helping to select the best staff.
How does the Star rating work?
At the completion of each shift Employers are encouraged to leave feedback on the
Casual in the form of one simple question; On a scale of 1-10 where 1 is least likely
and 10 is most likely how likely would it be that you would employ this Casual again?
Casuals are also encouraged to leave feedback on the Employer in the form of one
simple question; On a scale of 1-10 where 1 is least likely and 10 is most likely
how likely would it be that you would work for this Employer again? The feedback
rating feeds directly into the overall star rating of the Casual and allows future
employers to view all past ratings
Are there any fees if I decide to keep the PloyMe staffer on a regular basis?
No, never.

What if I want to interview them?
Use the "Interview Request" feature on any of the Job Seekers' that are matched
to your Job Ad OR invite Job Seekers to your Preferred List and call them directly
once they have accepted your invitation.
I need them to wear a uniform
Add these details to your job ad. We also encourage you to phone each Casual well
before the start of their shift to finalise start time and date, uniform requirements
and encourage them to arrive early so they can complete their employment paper if
required prior to the start of their shift.
How will I tell if they have enough experience?
Each Job Seeker will create their own profile outlining their skills, training,
and previous experience. Each profile will contain the common categories of information
making it simpler to compare candidates without reading through resumes.
How much do I have to pay them?
You must abide by all state and federal laws that apply to your workplace.
However, if you find a Casual who match's your requirements when you conduct a search,
you are obliged to pay them the pay rate they've specified. You can choose to pay
only the award rate if you prefer. By allowing PloyMe Instant Staffers to set their
own rate of pay (a few dollars above the award), we motivate all members to make
themselves available to work at peak times (such as Fridays & Saturdays) as
they say, everybody has their price!
What is a Proactive Casual
Proactive Casuals go and search for unfilled shifts and request to be considered,
under the conditions set by you. Rather than just waiting for an SMS to hit their
mobile, they're on the site actively searching for a shift they can work hard in.
