Our Purpose
To Innovate to improve people's work-life balance
The Solution
Employers can efficiently place quality staff by posting a Job Ad on PloyMe. Several formats allow employers the flexibility to fill a Single or Range of Shifts in addition to a Regular Job Ad that allows employers to find casual workers for regular, casual or part-time work. Once the Job Ad is placed, PloyMe automatically searches and provides a shortlist of skilled, suitable and available workers in their market area. The employer is able to select and immediately send an offer to any or all of the identified candidates on the short list by email and/or SMS. The first matched Casual to reply 'YES' gets the work and full contact details of the employer and confirmation is sent via SMS & email for rapid placement. Casuals can also Proactively apply to Job Ad's if their skills and geographical suitability matches the requirements of the employer.
Employers can also build a "Preferred List" of Casual Workers that allows simple permission based access to 1000's of Casual Worker profiles including their availability and contact details. Once a casual worker is nominated on the preferred list this candidate is given preference for future shifts and/or regular work.
Product Overview
The service is free for Casuals. Employers pay from $55+GST per month for unlimited use/placements plus standard SMS charges? See our pricing page for more details.
PloyMe also offers their breakthrough approach to Recruit, Retain and Rapidly place volunteers within not-for-profit organisations. The system is offered to these registered organisations at no charge. To apply please contact one of our sales consultants on 07 3852 3232 or via email sales@ployme.com.au.
The Employment Market
Where does PloyMe find workers when the current unemployment rate is so low?
Australian Bureau of Statistic (ABS) reports that there are in excess of 233,000 Australians who are currently underemployed and actively looking for, on average, 15 hours of work per week. As of the 1st July 2007, legislative changes to the parenting payment resulted in 234,000 Australians being required to commence a minimum of 15 hours of work per week to continue collecting parenting payment.
There are also an unquantifiable number of full time employed Australians who would like to be able to supplement their income on an intermittent (or ad hoc) basis. Ployme meets the requirements of this market demand via pioneering an internationally recognized flexible and adaptable workplace system which is economically viable to all participants.
So now, an employee who has a job but just wants an extra shift here and there, can log onto PloyMe.com.au, load their details and wait for the job offers to come to them.
